Maria Mistichelli

Maria is a believer in real estate. This fact is clearly evident when looking back over her 20 years as a realtor. Though her professional passion is to help others buy and sell homes, she has also been a real-estate investor and landlord who has remodeled and rehabilitated several homes. During her time as a site agent and while working with a Custom Homebuilding Company, Maria has learned how a house is built from the ground up.

This personal involvement in building and renovating homes has given Maria a keen eye for the kind of flaws that would make a house a poor investment. Similarly, Maria can always see the potential in any property. She has a canny ability to spot a “diamond in the rough.” Maria enjoys helping clients with their search for properties that, with a little imagination and elbow grease, will gain in value. At the same time, she has the knowledge and experience to assist sellers in decorating, staging, and preparing their homes in a way that will appeal to most buyers.

When not selling real estate, Maria enjoys her life with her two young boys, family and friends in Virginia Beach. Here she can take advantage of the Hampton Roads area's many fine restaurants and attractions. She enjoys the sun and sand at Virginia Beach’s oceanfront, attending concerts at the areas many musical venues, and simply spending time with loved ones.
