Phil has been in real estate since 2015 and started in property management in 2016. Since then he has excelled and risen to the top of his field. Phil is actively engaged in the community serving in several roles such as the 2022 Government Affairs Director for Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals and was appointed to the 2022 Virginia Beach Housing Advisory Board by Virginia Beach City Council. Phil was named by the Hampton Roads REALTORS Association 2021 Rising Star of the Year for volunteerism and engagement, 2021 Distinguished Property Manager, and the most highly coveted top award, 2021 Distinguished Property Manager of the Year. In 2023, Phil became the Treasurer of HRRA for a two year term and in 2024 won election to become President-Elect of HRRA for 2025.
