Lila Olson

Lila Olson has built a strong reputation in Hampton Roads' real estate industry as a true professional. Lila first honed her abilities while working for the United Nations and with NATO. The variety of personalities and cultural backgrounds of these international organizations helped her develop her talent for balancing the needs and demands of multiple stakeholders, with both sensitivity and diligence. Lila is a strong believer in always accomplishing the task at hand with determination, follow-through, and commitment. Her professional contacts extend beyond Hampton Roads, as she utilizes her diverse network to help her clients relocate anywhere across the country and outside the United States.

Lila is always easy to reach; she prioritizes her clients’ needs and adapts to their schedules as needed. Her specialties include: being a full-time REALTOR® for over five years, representing buyers and sellers, marketing homes, providing guidance on real estate forms and disclosures, negotiating the most advantageous terms, facilitating transactions, advising and hand-holding throughout the deals from start to finish.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two boys and their dog, Hero. Lila also volunteers with Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia delivering meals to those less fortunate. She also enjoys helping out and volunteering for the Virginia Arts Festival during Nato Fest and participating in the Nato parade, which she has been doing for over 10 years. Oh, btw she is multilingual and loves to cook when times allow.
