Originally from Northwestern Pennsylvania, Erin has spent the better part of the last two decades cultivating her life and career in Hampton Roads. Growing up on a farm instilled in her a strong work ethic, grit, and an appreciation for the value of hard work from an early age. Her upbringing in equestrian sports further reinforced a deep respect for discipline, resilience, and the natural world—values that continue to influence her both personally and professionally. She balances her career with a strong focus on family, never missing an opportunity to cheer on her son Jamison on the baseball or football field.
