Born and raised in the Delta of Mississippi, Misty Mazzaferro developed a strong foundation rooted in community, resilience, and connection from an early age. Growing up, she was naturally exposed to diverse living environments and experiences, which shaped her ability to relate to and effectively serve clients from all walks of life.

Beyond real estate, Misty is a devoted wife of nearly 20 years and a proud mother to her beautiful daughter. She cherishes time spent with her family, whether traveling, exploring nature, camping, fishing, or capturing moments through photography. A creative at heart, she also enjoys art, music, and hands-on projects.

Misty is deeply involved in her daughter’s life as a dedicated cheer mom and active room mom at school, always showing up and supporting her community. In her downtime, she enjoys cheering on her favorite teams, while her husband, a Buffalo, New York native whom she met in Mississippi, proudly supports the Buffalo Bills, Misty stays loyal to her Pittsburgh Steelers.
