Rolan Nie

As a Vietnamese American, Rolan moved to the United States at the age of three and has since called both North Carolina and Virginia home. Growing up in different communities gave him a deep appreciation for connection, relationships, and the importance of making people feel truly welcomed wherever they are.

Rolan’s passion for helping others started in customer service, working in restaurants where he quickly realized it wasn’t just about serving people—it was about building real relationships and being someone others could trust and rely on. That experience naturally led him into real estate.

Today, Rolan brings that same people-first mindset into every client interaction. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling, or just trying to figure out their next step, his goal is to make the process feel simple, comfortable, and genuinely personal.
