We officially welcome Daisy Phillips to our team!

Growing up in a small town instilled in me the values of family, integrity, and genuine care for people. My time in the Navy strengthened those principles with discipline, dedication, and follow-through — qualities I bring to every real estate transaction. My clients know they can rely on me to be transparent, dependable, and fully committed to their best interests.

For me, real estate is deeply personal. It’s not just about buying or selling a home — it’s about building lasting relationships founded on trust and connection. Many of my clients become lifelong friends, and that sense of community is truly at the heart of my work. With a strong work ethic and an unwavering focus on results, I go above and beyond to ensure every client’s experience is smooth, rewarding, and stress-free.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with family (including my two dogs, two cats, and yes — two pet rats!), discovering local restaurants and coffee shops, and curating charcuterie boards for friends. I’m also an avid fan of reality TV, and a loyal supporter of the Yankees and Jets — commitment is my thing.
