Andrea Swihart was born in Hampton Roads, and returned to the area over two decades ago when her husband served in the military. As a Navy veteran family, Andrea and her husband Shawn chose to remain in this beautiful area, where they raise their two boys.
Andrea loves the opportunity to take care of her client’s individual needs. Prior to real estate, Andrea worked in the insurance industry and enjoyed making sure her clients were always taken care of. She enjoys listening and getting to know what is important to you and your family. As a Licensed Realtor, Andrea is attentive, caring, reliable, and very detailed in serving her home buyers and sellers through negotiating the many aspects of real estate. In addition, she puts to use her bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, finding creative and unique ways to support her clients.
When not in the office, Andrea can usually be found with her family at the beach, or at the soccer fields with her boys.
