  • Sessions are limited to one-hour increments, and advanced consultation is advised for longer sessions or complex productions.
  • Studio etiquette stresses cleanliness, prohibits food, allows sealed liquids, and promotes respectful behavior.
  • Users must consult the Marketing Department for equipment use, report malfunctions promptly, and follow safety guidelines, including securing cables and maintaining clear pathways.

MANDATORY:
Policy must be reviewed and agreed to before approval of use for the media room.

Before reserving the media room for use, the above policy must be read and confirmed.

If the policy form is not submitted, reservation request WILL BE DENIED.

When creating an event,
be sure to select “Media Room” to reserve your space.
